Guidelines

The
goal of The SOA Forum™ is to create a roundtable
of Enterprise IT Executives and Architects who are
engaged in Services Oriented Architecture. |

The forum will include
senior IT Executives and Enterprise Architects level
from Fortune 500 companies and Government Agencies
only. |
| |
|
| 3. |
The participation
in the forum is voluntary and does not require any
commitment from the participating members. The success
of the forum will be in its ability to provide valuable
information to its members through interactions with
their peers. |

| 4. |
Initial meetings
of the forum will be via conference calls that will
be hosted every time by a different company of the
forum. Members of the forum will be free to decide
on the frequency, duration and venue of the follow
up meetings. |

| 5. |
Members are invited
to presentations in forum meetings. If you are interested
in delivering, please contact us.
6. Members of the forum will be able to invite Vendors to Q&A type of session,
in which the vendors will be requested to answer the questions that will be crafted
by the forum members in advance. |

| 7. |
To simplify the process, no NDA
or Intellectual Property documents will be required;
therefore members are required not t o expose enterprise
confidential
information or proprietary information to the forum members. |

| 8. |
By registering to the forum, your
company name will be included in the list of member
companies
provided in the Members section of this website.
Your personal information however, will not be used
or transferred in anyway without your prior written
consent. |

Things that the forum is not targeting to be:
1. Not an industry consortia
2. Not a vendors organization
3. Not a standards organization
4. Not a large organization with committees and sub-committees
